The preferred lesson day and time submitted in this form is not final - it just helps me organize around different students' schedules. A new student's first lesson (or more - at my discretion) will be complimentary to ensure that my style of teaching is a good fit for the student. If you are enrolling in online lessons, please re-read the "Lesson Details" page. There is important information about online lessons listed there.

All communication with students under the age of 18 will be via a parent's email unless I have been given clear, written consent by both the student and one or more of their parents to contact their child's preferred email address. One or both parent(s) will still be carbon-copied in all communication.
